Our State Park is one of the original canal feeder lakes with more than eight miles of hiking trails that follow a portion of the Miami-Erie Canal. Kayaking is a big hit at Lake Loramie also! Cottage at Fairwinds

Welcome to Fairwinds Cottage! You will be staying in the cottage that is attached to the back of our 1902 home. We are located in the historic district, one block from the square in charming downtown Troy, Ohio. You will find great restaurants and shopping, as well as a variety of hiking and biking trails nearby. There are two dedicated parking spaces for guests. Troy is on a train route and trains are required to blow their horns for safety.

We are just 5 mile off of I70 and centrally located among many places of interest. Go out or stay in. The outdoor living space is pretty spectacular! Private, with a hot tub, fire pit (wood provided), turf to play corn hole. Inside delivers all the comforts of home with full kitchen, laundry, workspace and cozy fireplace.
