Features QS bed, split system heating & cooling, kitchenette includes microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle, electric frypan, cutlery & crockery, Smart TV with Netflix and Foxtel. Separate toilet & bathroom. All linen supplied. Close to beach, GP track, Penguin Parade, Nobbies Centre. 5 mins drive to Cowes to all shops & restaurants.

Bella Cottage *Country Style Getaway* for 2 (or 1)

BELLA COTTAGE Private & relaxing accommodation down a quiet court on the Mornington Peninsula. Bella Cottage is the perfect base for exploring all that the Mornington Peninsula has to offer, including wineries, breweries, hot springs, island ferries, restaurants, golf courses and beaches. Bella Cottage is close to HMAS Cerberus. Opened in March 2021 this lovingly styled Studio is a 200m walk to the 100 Steps Beach access. Enjoy the nourishing sounds & and smells of nature surrounding this seaside haven. The local birdlife, koalas, dolphins and more are a highlight. We love the way farms & vineyards roll to the shores of Western Port Bay, perfect for beach mornings and winery afternoons. The Studio, it's outdoor shower & patio area are for guests exclusive use, and we're mindful of our guests privacy.

Coastal Tiny House

This tiny house is in a leafy garden, close to Phillip Island's beaches, nature & wildlife attractions. Come and relax here, or explore the area, on foot, bicycle or go on a scenic drive. At the cottage you have your own private space, queen bed (on a mezzanine), bathroom and kitchenette (limited cooking facilities). There is also a cute private patio overlooking the garden. Pets are very welcome, the yard is fully fenced, and the local beaches are dog-friendly!

Somers Peninsula Retreat,

7.5 hectare property with main house and self contained purpose built 1 bedroom cottage with queen size bed, bathroom with spa overlooking private garden with water feature, lounge, dining and kitchen with breakfast hamper, veranda front and back overlooking paddocks and dam, car port. Property has a push button farm gate at entrance. There are bikes to ride and the dam is stocked with fish. Silver Perch and Trout bring your own fishing rod.

Blending modern, French & farmhouse influences, our tucked-away slice of heaven captures the best of the wine region. With remnant forest surrounds, a solar-heated pool & proximity to Merricks beach (6 mins), everything is here to help you unwind. A barbecue, pizza oven, outdoor sink & two deck seating areas will draw you outside to enjoy balmy evenings. Nearby is Merricks Store and plenty of great wineries.
