Owner occupied building. Street next to downtown, hiking trails, and snowmobile trails! We are not near a lake, no idea why airbnb did that and can not change it. We are near a river that many take kayaks and canoes out onto.

It is also a perfect hunting cabin. There is running water, hot water, and electricity. The area is rustic, with excellent access, paved roads and nearby supplies. The cabin has a small refrigerator and a 10 gallon hot water tank as well as many small appliances.
