From our large patio, you can enjoy the wonderful views of the mountains and clear skies. The cottage inside is very comfortable with a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious bathroom. Please note, certain parts outside the cottage, such as the access road, need renovation. Car is essential as nearest shops Argos 15 km away!

Beautiful Greek natural stone house in the municipality of Livadi near Leonidio. Only 5-10 minutes to the climbing areas. by car 3-5 minutes to the beach of Livadi. By foot 12 minutes. Quiet location with a great view from the in-house pool of the olive groves and mountain landscape. The house has a kitchen and a large room with a dining table, a double bed and a single bed. Traditional Stone Guesthouse

The house was built before 1940 and back then it used to be the house of the teacher of the village. The basement was the storage room for the resin. Only in 1975 me grandpa, Dimitris, was able to buy the house and the basement too, in order to use the entire building as a storage room. Then, in 2019, my family decided to transform the upstairs as an Airbnb room and the basement as a storage room for the wine and the oil.

Very quiet, yet only 5 minutes by car to beaches and town. Located next to the mountains with beautiful hiking paths Only 20 minutes to Leonidio for amazing climbing Lots of Tourist attraction in the area. Just relaxing on one of the terraces with a glass of wine and a book is also a great option (or in the hammock :-)) Or just keep looking at that amazing view!
