My place is close to beaches, bush and the famous Motu cycle way. You’ll love my place because of the friendly welcome, the little extras AND the comfy bed!! Only 2 hours driving from either Tauranga, Rotorua or Gisborne - a good resting point. Lovely quiet cottage set on lifestyle block with many chickens and sheep. 3 minutes driving to fabulous Waiotahi beach and only 10 minutes into Opotiki for cafes and shopping. Peace and tranquility - leave the city behind.

This cabin is located on a private elevated site with rural views and the stunning Otara River below. 30 minutes to Opotiki. Set on 47 acres of native bush and backing onto DOC land, mainly of steep incline. The cabin is tidy, comfortable, clean and affords modern comforts and conveniences while guests experience nature at its best.

The Studio

Welcome to my secluded, peaceful hideaway. The studio is a large open plan space. Large sliding doors completely open up the front of the building onto the deck, giving you a feeling of always being close to nature. Surrounded by trees, orchard, lawn and garden, the studio is a quiet retreat space. The sound of the sea and bird song are always in the background. The best beach in NZ is a 15 minute walk away!

Seagull Cottage - a riverside bach near the beach.

Find your calm at Seagull Cottage. Being right on the river, only a short stroll to the beach, and next to all the bike trails - it's the perfect holiday home to enjoy all your favorite activities from boogie boarding, biking and fishing to reading, napping and board games. This little bach brings it all together in the perfect location with a big garden and sunrise/sunset seat overlooking the river.

Windsor Cottage

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. This well-preserved historic villa has 3 bedrooms and a modern bathroom. There is a covered deck at the back with table and chairs. Plenty of off street parking. Within walking distance to the town center and the newly-built skate park, it’s also conveniently located to beaches, fishing, and the famous Motu cycle trail.

Sadhu's Tea House - country cabin

The cabin is situated in a farm setting offering stunning views, located 10 minutes from the famous Ōhope Beach and 20 minutes from Motu Trails for mountain biking.

Kick back and relax with the sounds of the ocean in this calm, private space. The beach is a mere stroll away. Bring your bikes, you can park up and make use of the motu/dune bike trail which is accessible from just beyond the studio.
