Four national parks: Paklenica, Krka, Kornati and Plitvice are on a 45-60 minute car ride distance. Apartments Marija are located in in a very peaceful area of old Diklo, in a quiet street just a few minutes away by foot from the walking trail and the beach. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful, our guests can find a shop, a bar, a restaurant and a bus station just few minutes of walking away. The first thing that our visitors will notice on the house is the part of the beautiful old stone facade and parts of stone walls inside the apartments.

The house is situated on Borik (Puntamika) - touristic part of Zadar, with all belonging contents. Hotels with tennis and volley on the sand courts , possibility for rent-a-car or bike. There are three beaches close by that you can go to. They are cca 150 - 250m from the house. One of them is sand beach and the other two with tiny stones - easy to walk in the sea. Each of them has the place where you can sit and enjoy food and drinks.
