This location doesn't get any better- Old Town restaurants, bars and shops all at your doorstep! Highlights: -stylish and spacious with tall ceilings, 1550sqft -great for large families or small gatherings -free onsite parking (2 spaces) -directly in the middle of Old Town Once you've experienced Old Town, the trolley station is a six minute walk away to explore the rest of San Diego. This house is central and minutes away to beach, zoo, balboa park, downtown, sea world, airport, and more!

Spacious apartment, old world charm

Our open-space apartment is full of charm and character. From the Spanish-tiled private entry to the footed tub shower, you will experience a unique feeling. Enjoy the nearby vibrant restaurant scene as well as the rooftop deck with its harbor view! The ceilings are low in a couple spots and could be a challenge for folks who are especially tall. My boyfriend is 6'4" and has learned to adapt! It may be something to consider. House noises travel in this old home, so it can be a factor for some.

This quaint bungalow sits in a prime location of Hillcrest, a highly desirable area in San Diego. It is very quiet and private and sits directly behind our house(pictured) with a beautifully landscaped brick courtyard. You are within walking distance to "The Heart of Hillcrest" where you will discover many fabulous restaurants, coffee and boutique shops, and so much more. This safe space is located upstairs above my home. There is a separate private entrance, a queen bed. Feminine, flowery, funky, victorian decor.

Beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, etc. are available for your enjoyment. Enjoy the great ocean view from the backyard.
