The house is part of a Christian retreat center, but is available for individuals, with all of the outdoor amenities of the retreat center available to guests--trails and private small Lake. The best feature is its proximity to the parks, hikes, lakes, and waterfalls in this area.

The Forge Apartment at the Rensing Center is a serene apartment in Upstate SC, adjacent to a 4000-volume library, in a 27-acre forest.
