Turn right at the street that will take you through the dunes and the magnificent ocean view will open to you. Turn left and then return on Pier Av.

This studio apartment is in a triplex less than one mile from the beach located in an older neighborhood of single and multifamily homes walking distance to Grand Avenue shops, restaurants and the beach.
