Self contained garden studio available in Clarendon Park, close to Demonfort Hall and on the main bus route to the city centre there's. The space has A/C, a small kitchenette, bathroom, workspace, corner sofa, double bed, Sky TV & Movies (Netflix, Disney etc) and an 85" home cinema. Bifold doors open out onto a spacious south facing garden & there is plenty of parking too. We have a cockerpoo who lives in the main house, she's extremely friendly & does not come into the studio unless invited!

A guest house in the garden of my home with all you need for a comfortable and peaceful stay. Fully equipped kitchen and washing machine, plenty of space to relax and lots of storage. The Wifi is superfast and there is a table perfect to work on. It's convenient for both universities, Leicester City FC, Grace Road and the Tigers, Curve, LRI, the race course and De Montfort Hall, plus the cathedral and Richard lll's tomb. Plenty of bars, restaurants, shops and green spaces in walking distance.

The Stable House, Orchard Studio - beautiful view

The Orchard Studio is the recently renovated annex to the Gate House which is on the grounds of The Stable House, a family home converted in 1970 from a Victorian stable block. It is a double bedroom studio with ensuite shower room and separate living room with kitchen facilities including oven, hob, microwave and fridge. There are sliding doors onto a private patio with wonderful views over the orchard, and local countryside; there is access to over 20 acres of parkland, paddocks and woodland

Set on a working sheep farm in the heart of England surrounded with beautiful countryside. Cottage adjoins the 16th century farmhouse with period features including exposed beams, oak floors, wood burner and an iron double bed. Village pub nearby.

The studio apartment consists of a large lounge/ bedroom a double bed with a 45inch, smart tvand dvd The bathroom has a bath/ shower sink , and toilet. The kitchen has a table and chairs ,cooker, fridge freezer, microwave and washing machine

Self contained annex within a barn conversion, set in a quiet rural location, outside courtyard area with access through French doors into a comfortable and cosy double bedroom, spacious on suite bathroom and small kitchenette.
