Sunset Cottage is only 15 feet from Tupper Lake with a sandy spot for launching canoes/kayaks and a large dock where you can moor your powerboat if you bring one. Dock seating and swimming with a dog friendly stair. Fire pit with firewood on the lawn with Adirondack chairs for your use. Two, kayaks come with the rental. Newly renovated interior with beautiful Adirondack decor.

Once a barn, carefully reconstructed on the owners’ property, and modernized to today’s standards, this post and beam cabin is warm and cosy in winter and cool in summer. Welcome to our cottage located just 1 hour north of NYC! It is nestled into 2.7 acres of beautiful gardens, mossy groves, and lovely woods. Nature abounds: The property abuts the 4000 acres of the Ward Pound Ridge Reservation. A trailhead begins right across the driveway. The cottage is equipped with a stone fireplace, spacious kitchen, living room area, table for dining and working, and a sleeping loft. During the summer, a private salt water pool is available.
