5 year old detached guest house in Laurelhurst/North Tabor. Bright and spacious with vaulted cedar ceilings. Modern Industrial style with many eco-friendly features such as mini-split heat/ac, tankless water heater, and all-natural fiber area rugs and linens means fewer toxins and a low carbon footprint. Situated near Laurelhurst and Mount Tabor parks with restaurants and amenities nearby. We are also pet friendly and allow well-behaved dogs on leashes for a $30 fee per dog, per visit.

Our guest house was built brand new in 2018. It is clean (read the reviews!), quiet, private and a comfortable place to call "home" while visiting in Portland. All ameninities to make your stay easy including a full kitchen, compact washer/dryer and air-conditioning. Lots of natural light from 3 large skylights - sleep masks provided for late sleepers. The location has easy access to freeways, PDX airport (15 min.), and bike ways. Self check-in and free street parking always available.

Pet friendly guest house in SE Portland 1 block from the heart of SE Division street. Located on a quiet dead-end street, with a full kitchen, ground floor bedroom/bathroom, spacious walk-in shower, and super cozy upstairs loft makes for the perfect work remote office. Grocery stores in every direction, neighborhood wine shop, and weed shop, restaurants and bars right around the corner. Location and walk score - 100! Gigabit fiber internet - good bandwidth for the digital nomads!

We’re located on a quiet street in the King/Sabin neighborhood that’s just a short walk to great restaurants, shops, parks and a grocery store down the street. Walk to Restaurants, Coffee Shops, Bars, Shopping, Mississippi Avenue District, MAX Yellow Line, Public Library, PCC-Cascade Campus. Beautifully furnished space with a fully stocked kitchen, high ceilings, comfy bed and custom-built features like the walk-in shower and kitchen bar. Bright and open indoor/outdoor living with French doors that open to a private patio. Great for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Well-behaved dogs are permitted. No cats.

The Hen House: Private unit in NE

The Hen House is a converted garage, built from mostly salvaged material, and has everything you need for an easy visit. The loft has a queen bed but stairs are very steep so I recommend the pullout single bed downstairs if uncomfortable with steps. I'm near Mississippi area, Williams and Alberta Arts District with 2 grocery stores within walking distance. Unit stands alone and there is a garden and friendly animals to hang with outside. Dogs allowed.
