There is one king size bed and a double sofa bed. If you require the sofa bed for one night ONLY please supply your own bedding/towels for it. Located within a 2 minute walk from the centre of Melbourne, a beautiful georgian market town with a fabulous selection of pubs, restaurants & shops. It has an open plan kitchen, living room with log burner, 2 bedrooms (1 with a king size bed and 1 with a double bed) and a shower room (no bath). Outside there is a shared backyard and to the front of the property there is a shared picnic area.

The Duckhouse is a self contained building ( think large caravan size )within the large garden. The Duckhouse is small but has everything that is required for a short break. There is immediate access to amazing countryside and this lends itself to guests wishing to enjoy a quiet walking break. There is a large 24 hr Tesco near junction 13 M42.
