Small social house by lake, only 30 min. from Oslo

This small social house is situated on the brink of Østmarka national park. You probably will not meet the shy wolf and lynx, but you might see deer og moose. I live here, but sleep in my workshop next door when I have guests. When you are visiting, we share the kitchen and the bathroom, and the big garden. The house is furnished with norwegian design, second hand and hand made book shelves. Book a forest bathing walk if you want 2-3 hours of relaxation. I am a certified forest bathing guide.

Villa at Svartskog with private beach

Looking for a quiet place near the city? Take a look at our house in Svartskog, just 30 minutes from Oslo. The property includes its own private beach and dock – great for a morning swim or fishing. The villa was built in 1886 and is approximately 170 m2 with an annex of about 30 m2. The house is situated right by the sea in a scenic protected landscape area with ancient forest on the hill behind and rich wildlife. There are nice fishing,hiking opportunities and foraging available just outside.

En fantastisk flott bolig beliggende i rolig området, med rå utsikt. Stedet ligger sentralt på Vinterbro i gangavstand til kjøpesenter, buss til Oslo og 2 min til motorvei E6/E18. Tusenfryd ligger kun 5 min unna. Boligen er ny i 2023 og har alle fasiliteter, f.eks. basseng, badstue, 4 bad/WC, stor terrasse med utegrill, TV, wifi samt alle hvitevarer osv. Huset har 6 faste soveplasser: 1 foreldre-soverom + 4 enkelt-soverom. Ved behov er det mulighet for å sette inn camping-seng i TV-stua.

There is a double bed and a double sofa bed for maximum of 4 people. The apartment is ideal for couples and a great vantage point to explore Oslo.

Fredelig overnattingssted som ligger sentralt på Kolbotn. Hage med egen brygge ved Kolbotnvannet. Få følelsen av å være på landet, samtidig som det er nært togstasjon (4 min å gå) med 12 min til Oslo. Leiligheten ligger i gangavstand til Kolbotn sentrum, med butikker/spisesteder, og tog/buss til Oslo. 10 min med bil til Tusenfryd. 5 min med bil til The well, Nord Europas største spa. Kan leie 3 Sup og robåt som ligger i hagen (kun sommerhalvåret). Kombiner Oslotur med fred og ro.

Solstrand, villa med stor hage og egen brygge

Villa Solstrand, et unikt og totalrenovert hus ved Bunnefjorden med stor opparbeidet hage og egen brygge. 25 minutters kjøretur fra Oslo sentrum ligger området Ingierstrand og Svartskog. Et nydelig og usjenert område ved indre Oslofjord. Her har man sol fra tidlig om morgenen til den går ned bak Nesodden sent på kvelden. Eiendommen er stor, barnevennlig og inngjerdet. Tusenfryd fornøyelsespark ligger 15 minutter unna m/ bil. Huset har en fantastisk utsikt mot fjorden.

Hytte med anneks nær Oslo

Innerst i Bunnefjorden, vis a vis Breivoll friområde og kiosken på Nesset. 25 minutter fra Tusenfryd og 45 minutter fra Oslo sentrum. Stor terrasse med utekjøkken og en stor hage for badminton etc. To soverom i hytten. En dobbeltseng på hovedsoverom og to enkeltsenger på gjestesoverom i hytten. Plass til 4. I annekset er det en seng på 120 cm bredde på hems, og en dobbeltseng. Kjøkken med stort kjøleskap og bad med dusjkabinett.

Idyllisk hus med utsikt og nærhet til innsjø

Small house/cabin with amazing view over lake Årungen. You will have the sun over the garden and cabin the whole day and an amazing sunset in the evening. The cabin is very private and alot of space for outdoor activities. There is a small path down to the lake (50 meter) where you can take a swim or lick the sun. 5 minute drive to McDonalds, grocery store, or even Norways biggest amusement park, TusenFryd.
