Cwt Glo is situated in a small village near Bethesda called Mynydd Llandygai. There is private off road parking next to the cottage. Cwt Glo is Welsh for Coal house and the cottage was the place where the coal was weighed and measured. The property has been both a farm and coal yard for the local area. Cwt Glo is a semi sustainable/off grid cottage it has a solar and wind system however there is the backup of mains electricity. There is also an LPG central heating and hot water system. The cottage has a wood burning stove to keep you cosy and warm in the evening after a busy day exploring the local area. We also provide the wood for your stay.

Barn conversion with amazing views

The barn conversion is an 9 minute drive from Anglesey’s Britannia bridge. A footpath runs from the barn to the Menai Straits below. The mountain views from the barn are pretty special. There is a private walled courtyard that is part of the listing. It has a gate that allows a good space for your dog to run around. The barn is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families. Our farmhouse is next door. We accept a maximum of 2 small dogs. No aggressive dogs allowed.

Murmur y Coed

Murmur y Coed translates simply to the murmur of trees and sits in a tranquil spot at the end of a private driveway, the closest property to the forest and beach. Llanddwyn Island and beach are one of Wales’ most popular and enchanting spots to visit. It's a lovely walk through the woods to Llanddwyn Beach, you may even see some of the famous red squirrels of Newborough Forest. We are dog friendly and have plenty of outdoor space along with direct access to the Wales Coastal Path.

Beachfront home - The Annexe

Beachfront home with uninterrupted spectacular views out to the Irish Sea. With private stepped access to the beach, our home comfortably sleeps 4 across 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms, but can sleep up to 6 using the sofa bed in the second lounge. Enjoy sunsets from the decking relaxing on our sun loungers or find secluded spots on the cliff tops for even more privacy. The Annexe adjoins Ty Deryn Y Mor (also a holiday let), each has their own private garden, decking and path to the beach.

Dating back to 1850, this quaint white-washed Anglesey cottage is close to the beautiful coastline including magical Llanddwyn Island, an area of outstanding natural beauty and Newborough forest. This beautiful restored single storey cottage is in a countryside location and central to all visitor amenities in Snowdonia, Anglesey and the Llyn Peninsula, Angorfa is the ideal place to escape to and unwind, for a relaxing break for couples and small families. It is situated 3 miles from the castle town of Caernarfon and 8 miles from Llanberis. The Wales coastal path is located less than 400 metres from the property and the Lon Eifion Cycle track is less than 2 miles away.

The Walled Garden

This is a self-contained annex to our main home with a twin room and ensuite (shower) double bedroom with a view of the summit of Mount Snowdon. There is a kitchen lounge with facilities including log burning stove and fully equipped kitchen area. There is a TV and WiFi is available. There is a covered area for your car at the entrance to the walled garden which is shared with the hosts. The hot tub is no longer available as it was more trouble than it was worth.
