The Tiny (off grid) House on Wai Māhanga Farm

Your Air Conditioned accoms are a small Off Grid Tiny Home. It is situated in Taumārere just out of Kawakawa on SH11 on the way to Paihia on our working Regenerative Farm. Specifically built for couples to enjoy the privacy and beautiful farm views over green paddocks to the Cycleway and Vintage Railway. Our tiny house is intimate, open plan, with a small kitchen incl a double gas stovetop and a wee fridge/freezer. Check out our waterhole, walk with the cows, relax and enjoy! Paihia 17min drive

This hidden gem, with private deck & parking for 2–3 cars, is down a panhandle driveway, past the host’s property, on its own section.

The 2 bedroom unit has its own entrance, all on one level with parking right outside. It features a Jack and Jill bathroom with a walk-in tiled shower and separate toilet. An open plan living area gives you plenty of space to relax, read books, watch the tv or admire the native bush view. This opens out onto your own private patio complete with outdoor dining area + BBQ. Guests can access a private beach, + waiparore vineyard down a field and along a bush track. Rata Karaka Bach on the Estuary

Relax and unwind at this wonderfully inviting well appointed two bedroom Bach across the road from the crystal clear waters of the Ngunguru Estuary. Stunning views of the estuary out the front and mountain ranges out the back with the added bonus of river access from the spacious back yard. Enjoy a morning cuppa or evening meal on the large rear patio overlooking the rear garden. Only a minutes walk to the local cafe, dairy, takeaways or the Estuary Bistro restaurant at the sports complex.

Studio Selah - Parua Bay

Studio Selah is set in a private peaceful setting overlooking the estuary that flows out to Parua Bay. Consisting of a combined kitchenette, dining, living area with queen sized bed and a separate bathroom. Relax on the deck area or kayak or paddle-board out to the bay. Studio Selah is in an ideal location to explore the Whangarei Heads many beautiful beaches and walks. It’s 5 mins drive to Parua Bay Village which has a 4 Square and a couple of cafe’s and is 2 minutes walk to the PB Tavern.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Wake up to views of Whale Bay with birds singing under the totara trees. One room with king size bed, ensuite , self contained cabin with amazing views. Look out to the sea from the shower! Throw open the doors and listen to the waves. Gorgeous bush walks either on site or walking the headland track over to Matapouri. Whale Bay bush walk 5 min walk away. Use of the outdoor kitchen, with glamping style facilities. Overlooking the estuary and Bream Bay, this young holiday home in Waipu is elevated just above Cove Road, the main road between Waipu town and Waipu Cove. Beautiful ocean views from the main room and all three bedrooms. Please note that our parking platform is best for 2 cars only. Kakariki by the sea

Come & enjoy a holiday in this quiet, sundrenched bach. Everything you need is within walking distance. 2 minute, flat walk to the end of the street and you're at the beautiful Ngunguru estuary. Here you can launch your boat or just relax under the big Pohutakawa tree while the kids explore the rockpools or swing under the tree. Only 800 metres to the local dairy, takeaways and cafe.
