This is a quieter area of the Balboa Peninsula, walk to the Fun Zone, Balboa Pier or rent bikes and cruise the boardwalk. Parking for 2 cars. Come enjoy the Newport Peninsula.

Seal Beach is a family destination with surf, sun, shopping and entertainment with fun things to do every season of the year. We live in the upper unit with our kids so you may hear some early morning pitter patter. :)

Beach Bungalow

Located just one home from the surf and sand. One block from the Newport Beach Pier, restaurants and entertainment. Recently remodeled with a new kitchen and appliances, stone bathroom, hardwood floors, queen size bed. TV in living room and master bedroom, pull out couch, patio furniture and a bbq. One car attached garage with washer and dryer. Two private patios. Single level, no stairs. There is no smoking inside or outside of the property. We prefer 7 day bookings; Saturday to Saturday.

My Newport Place

It will only take about 30 seconds to walk to the sand from our unit. It is also centrally located near Vons, a liqueur store, several nice restaurants and fast food. A Subway, a donut shop and a coffee shop are at the end of the street. Our kitchen and garage are very well stocked. You will have much more in this kitchen than in the average rental, similar to your kitchen at home. In the garage we have bikes, boogie boards, unbrellas, beach chairs, children's toys and more.

We want you to be as comfortable as possible in our place, so enjoy our fully stocked kitchen where you can prepare your meals if you are not up to going out for dinner... And, all other amenities that have been provided for your convenience. Pets/small dogs are allowed as long as they are under 15 pounds (1 pet/dog allowed).
