Original features include a huge 18th century stone fireplace and slate floors, alongside modern comforts such as a wood burning stove, open plan kitchen, shower room and king size bed (+travel cot on request). Dunglass Cottage is situated on Brahan Estate in the Scottish Highlands 15 miles North of Inverness and on the North Coast 500 route . You will find beautiful scenery and lots of things to do amongst our 4000 acres of countryside. Activities include fishing, bird watching, shooting, walking and stunning landscapes for the keen photographer. Also seven golf courses close by and a wealth of History in the Highlands. We are also very dog-friendly so no need to leave man’s best friend at home!

Foulis Castle Gate Lodge

Foulis Gate Lodge is a Highland cottage on the Gates of an historic, private, Highland estate with its own drive. The secluded location offers direct access to extensive gardens. The nearest amenities are 2miles in Evanton or 5miles to the ancient Burgh of Dingwall. Foulis Castle is a 15 min walk away from the Storehouse Restaurant & Farm shop, which is situated on the shore/beach of the Cromarty Firth (Mon-Sat 9-5pm). My place is good for NC500 travellers, couples, and business travellers.

The Highland Capital of Inverness is only 20 minutes away.
