It has old world charm that resonates with the spirit and history of Mount Shasta. There is a private fenced in yard. It is a cozy, comfortable home to return to after a day of fun outdoor sun/ snow activities.

FYI, this is a walk-out basement unit with low ceilings and no kitchen. If there are guests upstairs, you will hear noise from above. It’s like a 2 bedroom hotel room with a bonus room.

This unit is accessed through the front door (there is also a back door unit that shares a wall and is upstairs from this unit). Great views of Mt. Shasta. Just one mile from town. Very well equipped kitchen with everything you need to make nice meals. Relax on the hammocks in the summer. Sonos sound system, great internet. Hot tub, Weber BBQ in the fully fenced backyard. One dog only under 50 lbs. 40.00 fee.
