De woning werd stijlvol ingericht met allerlei bijzondere objecten en kunstwerken. De plafonds zijn hoog en er zijn nog vele originele stijlelementen bewaard gebleven van de interbellum periode (1928) waarin het huis gebouwd werd. Onze woning ligt in de groene zuidrand op 8 km van het centrum van Antwerpen. Deze stad is makkelijk bereikbaar met trein (1O min lopen 10min trein), tram (10 min lopen, 30 min tram) of per fiets (30 min fietsen, 2 fietsen beschikbaar). Het Uza van Edegem ligt op 15min fietsen afstand; de UIA ,universiteit van Antwerpen-Wilrijk eveneens.
