Solas is set off the main road in a private and secluded area. It is situated in the south of Skye on the Sleat peninsula. The cottage is situated 5-10mts north of the ferry terminal at Armadale. It is also about 20mts from the bridge meaning it is easy to explore the north of Scotland as well as Skye itself. Solas is a short drive to shops, pubs, restaurants, cafes and a 5minute walk to the Torabhaig Distillery. Past the distillery is a lovely walk down to Knock Castle and the beach.

Newly refurbished former fisherman's cottage with stunning views over the sea to Skye. 15 minute walk to centre of Mallaig, where there are restaurants, shops, visitor attractions and various transport links. Consists of two double bedrooms, one bathroom with walk-in shower, lounge/dining room, kitchen with electric hobs and cooker, and utility room. This charming cottage is completely unique having the old Redcastle ruin as a back drop and views of the Beauly Firth directly in front. There is an idyllic stream going through the garden and we have recently planted a wild flower meadow at the end of the garden. It has been beautifully refurbished in 2023 and we feel incredibly proud of the results. The cottage is located in the sleepy hamlet of Milton of Redcastle and really is an idyllic and very comfortable place to come and unwind.

Situated in a peaceful glen twenty minutes walk to the local coastal village Connel and ten mins drive to the town of Oban we offer a gateway to the outdoors - mountains, beaches, forests, islands. The cabin has been built to immerse our guests into the tranquil surroundings with uninterrupted countryside views over native woodland from the decking area where deer and sea eagles are regular visitors.

Braes Retreat is a garden apartment tucked away in the peaceful community of Braes. Just six miles out of Portree, its central location on the island is an ideal base to visit the whole of the Isle of Skye. The apartment sits in an established garden, overlooking the Sound of Raasay, with shore access from the croft. For the less energetic, just sit, relax and watch the ever-changing scenery.
