Immaculate , recently built 3 bedroom (sleeps 6) - 1 bathroom basement apartment. This unit is not handicap accessible. There is a private entrance and private patio area as well as a large shared patio and shared back yard. Located just outside of city limits with a country feel but close to town. Please note this is a basement apartment, and we do live upstairs so there will be some expected noise. No Pets, No smoking, No drugs, No parties!

Central to some of the best Mt. biking, skiing, hiking, climbing, and hot springs on this side of Leadville! I'm an avid hiker, biker, and soaker myself and am glad to give recommendations. Very easy location to find right off the main drag. Park in front or in the driveway. Upon advance notice, I will shuttle to/from the airport for $10 cash.
