STVR permit # 2374 Hurst cottage is under a mile from both the beach and downtown. It is located on a super quiet residential street, but also a quick walk to a local park, cafes, restaurants, bookstore, and a market. Our cottage is intentionally designed to include (almost) everything you need with lots of small beautiful details. With the warm sunlight and the cool ocean breeze pouring in all at once, it is a wonderful place to relax. We also have a beautiful private cedar hot-tub:)

A studio size bungalow with a full kitchen. Private deck out back and enclosed front yard. Sleeps 1-2 people. Pets okay, unless they're notorious barkers as this is a quiet neighborhood. Please note that there is a $85 pet fee for your pets stay. Many great restaurants, natural grocery store (Lazy Acres) 4 blocks away.

There are 2 bedrooms each with a queen bed. There is also a sleep sofa and an airbed. Relax and enjoy. Ventura has been voted one of the best places to vacation. There is an extra room with 2 twin beds, please ask me about that. Not a true bedroom.
