Located in a country setting, the retreat has a deck, fireplace, two-car garage and living quarters on the second floor. Not handicap accessible, requires steps to get in.

It is a short 30-minute drive to Cedar Point, and the Lake Erie Shores and Islands. Even closer, you will find Summit Motorsports Park and Milan, Ohio, the birthplace of Thomas Edison.
