Stay at this peaceful retreat that’s just a short walk from Eastport Marina on Dale Hollow Lake! Spend a day on the lake, (bring a boat / rent one at the marina) explore hiking trails and waterfalls in the area, and relax in the hot tub at the end of the day. This spacious cabin has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, sleeps 8, and has a wrap around porch with plenty of seating. Inside there’s foosball, air hockey, and board games, and outside there’s cornhole and a fire pit. Pets allowed with a fee.

This super cozy 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom rebuilt 1800's two-story cabin is conveniently located two blocks from a picturesque downtown square, making it easy to plan activities during your visit. The property includes a front porch and back deck. Dale Hollow Lake and Standing Stone State Park are around 20-25 minutes from the property along with multiple other outside activity areas. The yard also includes a grassy parking area for boats, and a flowing water feature during the warmer season.

Poplar Cove Retreat is a nature lover's paradise! Whether your interest is flowers, trees, birds, or rocks, you'll find it all in abundance. The house is located on our 80+ acre family farm where black angus cattle also reside. You may also spot deer, turkeys, and other wildlife. There are numerous bird feeders so you can enjoy birdwatching from several outdoor seating areas. The property is filled with paths through wildflower gardens and has expansive views of the surrounding mountains.

Home in Livingston

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. This 3 bedroom, 1 bath home is located moments away from the city square, with charming boutiques, local restaurants, & even a splash pad for the children. If you are looking for outdoor activities, Livingston is located within 1/2 hour drive to Dale Hollow Lake, and Standing Stone State park is just a few minutes away. Fall Creek Falls, Rock Island , Burgess Falls, & Cummins Falls State Parks are all less than an hour away.

All rooms have a view of the lake and the deck overlooks Dale Hollow. We are a mile from Wolf River Boat Dock. The suite is downstairs with a private entrance. There are walking paths that encompasses 3 acres on the property. The private deck has a fire pit for chilly mornings to enjoy coffee or relaxing evening. Welcome to The View At Happy Hollow, a bright and beautifully remodeled 1,440 sq ft lake house (updated summer 2024). Large sliding glass doors open to spacious 16' x 30' covered lakeside decks on both floors, offering stunning panoramic views of Dale Hollow Lake from indoors and out. All bookings require copies of driver’s licenses for adult guests, a signed rental agreement, and a $500 security deposit hold. Limited propane provided. No Lake Access From The House.

A quick 8-minute drive from the cottage you can be at Dale Hollow Lake. There is a FREE boat launch at Cove Creek recreation area (2.7 mi). After a day on the lake, you can unwind on the deck (seasonal lake views), sip a drink by the firepit or grill up burgers!
