We welcome any dog which you know to be under 70 pounds, house trained, well-socialized, trained, and friendly in any situation involving others, both human and canine, as there may be nearby dogs at neighboring properties. NOTE: due to restrictions in place by our homeowner insurance policies and licensing to rent, breeds listed as most aggressive are banned from all rentals, regardless of the training and temperament of the individual dog and strictly enforced. 1. Dog (s) must be under 70 lbs and current on vaccinations including rabies. 2. Dog cannot be an aggressive breed such as but not limited to Pit Bull breed, Rottweiler, German Shepard, Doberman, Akita, Chow Chow, Wolf hybrids, Mastiff, Cane Corsos, Siberian Huskies, Alaskan, Presa Camarios. 3. At ALL times dog must be on leash or tethered to cables around the large tree in the yard with water and cannot be left unattended. 4.
