Wake up to stunning views of Lac Leman and the Grammont summit and grab your morning coffee or a glass of wine up on the rooftop terrace:) We are easily accessible to reach as the Planchamp train station is a mere 1 min walking distance from the front door & we have 1 free parking. So many adventures to be lived:)

Nebst den 2 Balkonen findet ihr zudem einen schönen Garten mit einer ganzjährig zur Verfügung stehenden Sauna, Liegeplätzen und einem Grill.

Erdgeschosswohnung, sehr zentral gelegen! 1 gratis Parkplatz! Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt nebenan. Zur historischen Altstadt nur 5 Gehminuten! Ebenfalls in unmittelbarer Nähe ist der Bahnhof, nur 2 Gehminuten! 10 Min. bis zum See und der schönen Promenade! Kinderspielplatz gleich um die Ecke!

Diese einzigartige Unterkunft hat einen ganz besonderen Stil. Jugendstilvilla Baujahr 1912 mit grosser Terasse 20m2 und Garten befindet sich im Hochparterre eine grosse WG 80m2 mit allem was das Herz begehrt. Wir tragen Sorge zur Ambiente. Nahe dem Zentrum und trotzdem sehr ruhig gelegen. Eine Kirche in der Nähe , im Innern hört man allerdings nichts davon, ab 00:00 läutet sie nicht mehr. Praktisch vor der Haustür lädt das Naherholungsgebiet "Witi" mit seinen grossen Naturflächen zu Spaziergängen und Fahrradtouren ein. Gleich neben dem Campingplatz befindet sich das Restaurant zum Grüene Aff.
