The Loft is located on a family-run, working blueberry farm, and while the setting feels secluded and rural, the property is conveniently situated within an hour of Knoxville, Johnson City, Gatlinburg, and Pigeon Forge.

The guest house is a Cabin-style House (1600 square feet) in a rural setting. It is located at road-side with 19 acres of forest across the street for privacy. There are no close neighbors except for us; we live up on the hill. The two homes are situated on 28 acres of rolling hills.
