Our cottage offers a country setting with all the comforts of home. Open floor plan, well equipped Kit. and full laundry room. Primary room with queen bed & private bath. Twin beds in the 2nd BR, 2nd full bath is off the hall. Relax on the porch or grill on the deck with firepit yard. WIFI access. Pets are welcome, see additional info in "The space" Cabarrus Arena is 10 mins away, Charlotte a 30 min drive & Charlotte Motor Speedway 15 mins. Please check "Things to Do" in this posting.

Tiny Guest House By Fishing Pond

Enjoy the sounds of nature when you stay in this unique place. Country setting, but close enough to a lot of activities. Close to Charlotte and Charlotte motor Speedway. Wineries, PNC pavilion. Great Wolf Lodge and Concord mills. Enjoy visiting the goats and chickens. They love animal crackers and you’ll find some by the gate to give them. We are earth friendly using plant based cleaning products. We have waterless dry toilet. We are a working farm and offer farm fresh eggs when available.

A quaint newly renovated home at the end of the cul de sac in a quiet neighborhood just 31 miles of Charlotte Douglas airport, many colleges as well as plenty of retail shopping stores. Sea Life Aquarium is only 10 miles from the house as well as the Charlotte motor speedway complex. There is also many wineries and breweries as well as a pleather of restaurants, or prepare and enjoying a meal at the home . There is plenty of hiking and nature trails minutes for the outdoor enthusiast.
