After completing a full renovation on the 2nd floor of the Jones Building, we are excited to offer you 4 industrial style suites in Metropolis, IL. Constructed in 1908, the Jones building was a former office complex. Another plus to our property is that we are just minutes away from the Shawnee National Forest, Ohio River, Harrah's Casino, and Paducah KY home of the AQS Quilt Show. 1 bedroom with a Queen size bed and a twin rollaway bed. This space is a private apartment in the basement of my home with separate entrance. Sole access to the living room, 1 bedroom with queen bed, full bathroom, game area with foosball and ping pong tables, and kitchenette. Located on 1 acre, so it’s private, but still in town. 5 miles to downtown and 3 miles to mall area. Please note that since this listing is in my personal family home, I will only host those with positive reviews.

After a fun Day can enjoy the evening with food off the grill or roasting hot dogs and marshmallows on a camp fire.
