City Lic.#0335. 3 blocks from the beach and 2 blocks from Asilomar State Park, we are located in a quiet forested neighborhood 1 mile from historic downtown Pacific Grove. Includes use of living, dining rooms & kitchen. Living room features high ceilings and gas fireplace. Our 1/2 acre wooded lot has fruit trees and a vegetable garden. Note: Access requires 3 steps down from the driveway and 3 steps up to the entry, both with handrails. We comply with Pacific Grove's "Home Share" regulations.

Carmel By the Canyon

Our studio is located in Carmel, less than a mile from the town center. The house faces out over Hatton Canyon and affords a private rural setting yet close to Big Sur, Pebble Beach, Monterey, etc. 15 Minute walk to Carmel downtown. A hub to explore Big Sur and all the Monterey Peninsula has to offer. Due to certain regulatory changes regarding minimum stay, the dates you are requesting may not be available. While we prefer longer stays, do make an inquiry to us about the dates you want.

The Miller Suite was built and finished to complement the 1965 mid-century modern main home that we occupy full time. We share a walkway from the driveway and we access the same outdoor garbage cans, but we share no other circulation. This 1-bedroom, 1-bath, private entry suite is perfect for your next road trip, weekend away, proposal, babymoon, anniversary, or even a romantic place for your quiet elopement. Nestled in the oaks behind a privacy fence, the entire property feels secluded.

Pacific Grove Willis House, Walk to Town and Beach

Experience the Monterey Peninsula like a local in the owner-hosted and remodeled Willis House in the heart of Pacific Grove. Downtown PG is a short stroll and Lovers Point Beach & Park is just beyond that. A little farther afield are Asilomar State Beach, the Monterey Bay Aquarium, and the towns of Monterey, Pebble Beach, and Carmel. Day-trippers can enjoy the Big Sur coast, year-round whale watching, and Point Lobos State Natural Reserve. (NOTE: Children ages 10+ welcome.)

Next to Monarch Butterfly Sanctuary, 400+- sq ft STUDIO space that is private. Free wifi. The butterflies are here! AND we have whales in the bay:-) Close to Asilomar, Monterey Bay Aquarium, Pebble Beach and Carmel. A relaxing space to unwind after your visit to Carmel Valley or hike in Big Sur.

Mid Century Pacific Grove house on 17 Mile Drive. Just a couple blocks from the Pebble Beach gate. Great area. Close enough to walk to downtown restaurants and shops, Asilomar State Beach and other sites all within minutes of our home. Private yard with a deck and outdoor furniture for entertaining. Lic. # 0289 - Our City STR Permit restricts us to a maximum of 2 adults per reservation. Any additional guests MUST be under 18 years old.

Pacific Suite (PG License # 0420)

Welcome to Pacific Suite. Located on Lighthouse Ave. in Pacific Grove. Two blocks from the ocean. Suite offers a slight ocean view with hardwood floors, spacious living room, gas fireplace, kitchen, 2 balconies, one large bedroom with a queen size bed, a full bathroom, and flat screen cable TV. The kitchen has electric stove/oven, microwave, refrigerator, and Keurig coffee maker. There is a pull out double bed in the living room.
