This ground level apartment is a 20 minute walk to downtown Morgantown as well as on the city bus line. The White park trails are a block away and it is near the Morgantown municipal ice rink. There are two grocery stores within a mile as well as a local tavern with amazing food and cold beer. ( one block away) The apartment is day bright and cozy at night. Queen bed. Sugarland Farm is located at 210 Sugarland Way. It was built as a large family home in 2011. It is a 5700 square foot French country home on 12.5 acres that is only 12 minutes to the interstate and approximately 15 minutes to the WVU Health Sciences Center campus and Football Stadium. The farm has chickens to watch as you enjoy the countryside. The farm is at the end of 1/2 mile of gravel road and beyond the farm is hundreds of acres of mountainside.
