This is the Deluxe one bedroom River unit # 4 in a 4 unit house called the Magnolia House that sits on the White River between Gastons and the White River State Park. Each unit is private like a hotel. You can rent all 4 rooms if available. Many rent #4 with unit #3 because it can be accessable. This deluxe unit sleeps 9 comfortably. There are 2 queen beds in the master, 1 full bed in the living area, and 3 twin folding beds for a comfortable stay. This unit overlooks the majestic White River.

WHITE RIVER FISHING W/COVERED BOAT DOCK! This home is 4 bedroom 3 bath. There's 2 tvs w/Dish, dvd player & dvds. The home is not equipped with wifi. There's a set of stairs in the house. We sit at the end of a private drive. Great fishing off the dock which is a short walk from the house. There are stairs down to the dock. This stretch of river is world class fishing. Internet furnished. 3 miles to White River in Cotter and 6 miles to beautiful Bull Shoals Lake. Buffalo River approx. 30 minutes and Lake Norfork approximately 40 minutes. Ample parking for your boat.
