This very nice row House by the Lake at the center of Astershaven has it all! Multiple bedrooms, a small garden, two toilets and even designated area in the basement for the kids to play and hang out. Also the area is very nice there a lot of playgrounds, a small Lake next to the house (unfortunalty not possible to swim it though) and by either bus, car or a 20 min walk, you can reach the train station that can bring you to central of Copenhagen in 30 minutes. A truly gem for the whole family

The house has a large living room with a gas fireplace, an office and heated floors. The bedroom upstairs are with a king size bed, close to the bathroom. Downstairs are one double bed in the corner in a bright room, with a toilet nearby . The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, with a fantastic view and 2 terrasses and a big garden. Only 9oo m from public transportations, supermarket, bakery and fast food. 30 min. from downtown Cph, by car and max 1/2 hour by train from Holte station.

Idyll on the lake near Copenhagen

Close to Copenhagen, near train station (25 minuts to central station), you can enjoy idyllic nature. There is direct access to Lake Birkerød, where you can take a trip in a cycle boat or enjoy the view from one of the two terraces. If it rains, you can relax with a book on the sofa or enjoy a good movie on Netflix. The house contains 3 bedrooms, kitchen, dining room and living room. Perfect for family or friends on a trip who appreciate a good view and quiet surroundings. No animals, thanks.

I vil være tæt på alt, når I bor i denne centralt beliggende lejlighed i hjertet af Hellerup med havkig fra altanen. 150m til stranden, 100m til Strandvejen med shopping og indkøb samt S-tog og buslinje til centrum København på 20 min. Lejligheden er en høj stuelighed med nem adgang. Den indeholder en stue, køkken alrum, soveværelse samt badeværelse. Yderligere er der en mindre altan med havkig. Nyd livet på agterdækket, og hyggen om aftenen i salonen. Der er mulighed for at opvarme båden hvis det bliver køligt om aftenen. Der kan ikke varmes mad ombord. Der er køleskab, elkedel, Nespresso maskine og service. Håndklæder, viskestykker og sengetøj ligger klar ved ankomst. Der er kaffekapsler, toiletpapir og håndsæbe.
