We are a few minutes walk from the village which has a variety of shops, restaurants, cafes and pubs in its high street and is situated near to the New Forest National Park. We are a short walk (10 to 15 mins) from the beach and walks in the surrounding countryside. Ideal for walkers, cyclists, birdwatchers and marine activities. We can accept one small, well behaved dog by arrangement (please text me to discuss).

Close to the historic coastal town of Lymington and railway station, an ancient seaport with a rich maritime history plus interesting architecture much of which is Georgian and Victorian. Cosy living space, wifi, smart TV, kitchen and bathroom with large shower, bedroom with king size bed. It also includes a lockable undercover storage for two bikes.

The Sail Loft: lovely River views

Accessed by an outside wooden staircase, the Sail Loft has a very large window providing wonderful views across the water meadows of the River Avon. This is a lovely, light-filled but cosy large studio room. There’s a kitchenette and a woodburner for those winter evenings, and we’re on the edge of the New Forest with lots of beautiful walks and cycling routes all year round. There are so many good pubs locally, and we are also only a half-hour drive from the South coast and its beaches.

Lymore Orchard is the perfect place for a getaway for 2. The quirky home is set in a secluded quiet country lane with private parking and its own beautiful garden.There is a outside pizza oven /kitchen , a woodfired bath tub(additional £40 info below) fire pit, outdoor furniture. The coastal village of Milford-on-Sea has great restaurants, 10-15 min walk along the road or a leisurely 20 minutes across the fields with views over The Isle of Wight. We provide 2 bikes.Well behaved dogs welcome.

April Cottage, a comfortable cosy two bedroom terrace cottage set in the middle of a delightful village, with our friendly local pub and shop offering scrumptious local produce. Little Ridge is a private and secluded one bedroom annexe. It benefits from it's own fenced off patio area which captures the evening sunshine. 'Enchanted' is a beautiful, secluded pine lodge with a large hot tub on the edge of The New Forest. A king size bed in the main bedroom sleeps 2, and a small sofa bed in the lounge sleeps 2 small children or one adult. The fully equipped kitchen sits between the bedroom and the low level cosy lounge which leads onto a large decked area with plenty of seating for those al fresco evenings. The Times "Best Beach in the South - 2025" is less than a mile away. It's dog friendly too.
