Cortijo Alguaztar, a little paradise

Traditional Alpujarran house of 80 sq m set in a paradise garden and orchard of 3000 sq m, located just outside Bubion village with a short walk to the neighbouring village, Capileira. Ancient mulepaths lead in all directions directly from the house. Perfect location for hiking, riding, cycling or relaxing in the pure mountain air. Eagles, bee-eaters, and wild ibex can all be seen from the garden. Legally I can only rent to 3 guests (although there are 2 double beds). Fast WiFi for working.

In the heart of nature in the Rio Torrente valley , the cortijo borders the Sierra Nevada Natural Park. Within 5 mins walk of the picturesque ´slow´ village of Niguelas. Aguas Calmas lies between two traditional acequias (water-courses). Superb walking tracks lead into the mountains. Lots to do! Perfect base for Granada, beaches, Alpujarra, skiing and local restaurants. Great weather all year round. Paradise for hiking, cycling, lazing around pool or remote working. Good WiFi. It has two terraces, a spacious garden with lush green lawns and a eco-salt pool with wide sunbathing areas. All of this is surrounded by 3,000m² of certified organic land with orange, avocado, centenary olive and other southern trees. The property is in Órgiva, surrounded by relaxing nature, Moorish cultural landscape and unspoilt mountain scenary.

Casita Tomate is a cosy little house in a small white washed village . The house has original wooden beams and a low door accessing the terrace. It is a great place to relax, unwind, and explore this part of Spain. The village is surrounded by hills on 3 sides and accessed by what was once an old mule track, which now has concrete and aspelt. There are no shops, restaurants or bars in the village . These together with beaches are found in coastal Castell de Ferro, which is 7.5km away.

Corjito Abubilla is in an established small organic fruit farm and ornamental garden, this bright studio apartment that has a small kitchen/sitting area and en suite bathroom, is part of the main house, but you have your own terrace (with beautiful mountain views) and access to the 16 meter Swimming Pool and a private entrance to the apartment. There is also a two bedroom casita on the property. Free parking on the property. We welcome people form all backgrounds.

Two living rooms and a fully equipped kitchen complete the interior part. Outside you can relax in a very nice garden with terrace and private salted swimming pool (less than 10% of salt compared with sea water and no chemicals).
