The Husky Hut-Pet Friendly, Remote, Private.

The Husky Hut is an adorable tiny home located on 10 private acres. It’s located on a well maintained gravel road with plenty of parking. This is perfect if you are looking to “camp” without the hassle of a tent and other equipment. It’s extremely private; there is no light pollution and the stars are magnificent. The cabin sleeps two guests. This is truly off-grid; no power or running water. There is a sled dog kennel nearby so expect to hear the “neighbors” during feeding time!

It is filled all the amenities you need to enjoy beach life on Lake Superior.

For the summertime getaway we are minutes away from 3 inland lakes with many trails to hike your worries away. Centrally located making many highlights only an hour away. Pictured Rocks, Tahquamenon Falls, Crisp Point Lighthouse and many more. We use only natural disinfectant cleaners and fragrance and dye free laundry detergents.

North Lake Cottage

The cabin is located on a beautiful spring fed lake (North Manistique Lake) offering clear waters and sandy bottom; perfect for swimming, boating & fishing. The home comes with a large patio, grill and outdoor fire pit. The modernized cabin has huge floor to ceiling windows in the main room featuring the kitchen, living room and fire place. Two bedrooms, mud room, and bathroom are also included. The large 1.5acre yard offers plenty of space for parking & yard games.

Sky Pod (Site 2)

A ten-foot diameter sphere suspended in the trees. The entire platform inside is a mattress, so you enter the bed when you enter the tent. Remove your shoes on the deck and climb in. Solar and color-changeable LED lights and a very private, simple rustic camping experience without the setup and tear down; bring your tents if you’d like, this Sky Pod only sleeps 3 and has a weight limit of 500 pounds for safety. BRING YOUR OWN SLEEPING BAG AND PILLOWS.

Tahquamenon falls, whitefish point lighthouse and shipwreck museum, pictured rocks, Kitch-iti-kipi (the big spring, Oswald's bear ranch, sault Sainte Marie, Mackinac Island. or many other things along the shoreline or The UP has to adventure.
