The outdoor patio is the perfect setting for a family bbq with a lawn for your pets to play. A short distance away is delicious cuisine, coffee shops, golfing, and local art studios.

The private bottom floor of my split level home features a fully equipped kitchenette. The suite is an ideal couple's getaway or bring the kids and roast marshmallows by the fire. You will be located within 1 mile of Cal Poly and Downtown SLO, tucked between two beautiful mountains, Bishops Peak and Madonna Mountain. Access to the rear of Madonna Mountain hiking is 1/8 mile walk up the street. Grocery stores and coffee shops within 1/3 of a mile away and beautiful beaches are within a 15 minute drive North or South.
