The cabin exemplifies "Hygge", the danish word for that cozy & tucked in feeling everyone feels the second they enter this very special & unique space.

Whether you’re playing in the water, paddle boarding, kayaking, fishing, floating peacefully or just watching the sunset over the lake - it’s the escape you deserve! Located just 30 minutes from the northwest metro you can avoid all the hectic weekend travel and spend more time on the lake! We do have a fishing/swimming dock but it's not designed for boats. The yard down to the lake is a bit steep and may be challenging for those with mobility issues.

The state trail for snowmobiles is accessible from the lake. Curl up with some books, food, bevvies and friends for a fun weekend!

Even with simple living, we are only 35+ minutes away from the Twin Cities and Minneapolis and much closer to other suburbs if you'd like to sight see more of MN!!!

This beautiful little cabin sits on the water edge on Indian Lake. Great Lake to fish on. There is a swimming raft that you can swim to along with a paddle boat. Great access to snowmobile trails. This is a small place on a septic system with a NEW ! 40 gallon water heater with only 2 vehicle parking. Please note docks come out of water labor day weekend each year. Pontoon rental $200 per day with Gas, $50 cleaning fee if not clean. Fish house rental available.

Charming 4 bedroom/2 bath cabin on Little Waverly Lake, just an hour from the Twin Cities. Great fishing and rural, small-town feel. Spacious living room opens to the sun porch and its beautiful views of the lake. Swim, boat, fish or play games. Full kitchen with dishwasher; W/D. Level yard walks directly to lake and on-site boat launch. Although not handicap accessible, the main floor bedroom/living area and level lot would accommodate someone with limited mobility.
