Beautiful Spanish style home with roof top deck, centrally located in Long Beach. Walking distance to restaurants and shops on retro row, a stones throw to the beach and a short bike ride or drive to Belmont shore and downtown. Our home has kept its old style charm but has all the modern amenities you need. Central AC, washer dryer, & stocked kitchen. We also have beach towels & beach chairs. For families w/ children we can supply a Pack & Play, booster seat, toys, mama roo, and baby brezza.

We found a special place here in Long Beach & remodeled it to create a dream home. We still have some extra space so we want to share it with you! Our one bedroom, one bath guesthouse is full of ocean breezes, peace, and comfort to enjoy your stay in the LA/Orange County area. We are former residents of West LA who wanted to move to a place with a little more chill, but still all of the things we love about LA. We found that here in LB. Close to CSULB, Alamitos Bay, Shoreline Village and Marina, Convention Center, Pine Street, The Pike, Retro Row, and Belmont Shore. We're less than 25 miles to Disneyland. Staples center is 25 miles away. The boat terminal for Catalina Island is nearby.

This studio is well equipped with all of the kitchen, bathroom and living essentials to accommodate your short or long term stay. Much thought was put into the design, setting the scene for every area to act as your personal photo or video backdrop. The retro Pac-Man machine, stylish dressing room and unique work space, make for a comfortable environment to enjoy your day to day work or play!

My studio is a small, yet stylish, apartment located in the Bluff Heights area of Long Beach. It is 5 blocks to the beach and walking distance to many great shops/restaurants on Broadway and 4th Sts. About 1 mile to 2nd Street in Belmont Shore, 2 miles to downtown LB and 2.5 miles to the new 2nd & PCH outdoor mall and marina. Public transport, groceries and laundry within a couple blocks of the apartment. The space is very nicely appointed and will have AC as of June 2, 2025!

Our house can accommodate 9+ people for family or business trip. Enjoy the OCEAN view and HUGE backyard. FULL size TENNIS court for kids to play! Bikes, scooters, tennis rackets, basketballs, and more are provided. Steps away from beach access. A complete replacement of laundered linens/towels is setup for every reservation. This one-bedroom apartment is right on 4th Street, walking distance to Ralph's in South Rose Park, Long Beach. It's a 5-minute drive to the beach, a 10-minute bike ride, or a 20-minute walk. The neighborhood is filled with great cafes, restaurants, and amazing shops like The Hangout. Walk to Gusto or Coffe Drunk. During your stay, we can provide you with retro bikes and cruiser bikes upon request.
