Cozy cottage with sea view in westcoast Sweden

Welcome to a charming 18th-century house with an accompanying guest house. Enjoy the tranquility and the sea, with proximity to stunning natural surroundings of forests and mountains. The house features beautiful interior design and comfortable beds. Relax on the terrace and in the lush garden, or use the wood-fired hot tub. There's ample space for activities, and you're welcome to borrow our kayaks, paddleboards (SUP), and sauna raft. Max number of guests is 10 p, including kids. Sorry no pets.

Island get away. 18 m2 cozy Tiny (guest)House the middle of the archipelago. Located on the outskirts of an old fishing village, nestled in the rocks itself between the roaring sea and the quite canal. Its close to the ocean and in between you find a landscape typical for the region, raw, beautiful and surreal. This is for people who would like to enjoy nature, hiking, kayaking, photographing, or sunbathing. We have made a special video over the area on youtube, type in "Grundsund Kvarneberg".

A cottage with a view in Ljungskile

This separate cottage has a view over the sea in a secluded, beautiful countryside setting, still just 5 mins from the E6 motorway. It is recently completely refurbished keeping the old style. On first floor a living room with a cosy fire place (iron stove), a bathroom with toilet, shower and underfloor heating, a small but fully equipped kitchen, and a dining room with doors to the terrace. On second floor it is an open loft with limited height functioning as a bedroom with 4 beds in total.

Eget hus med havsutsikt på Lyckorna

Charmig liten stuga från slutet på 1800-talet. På första plan möts du av öppen planlösning mellan vardagsrum och kök. Runt huset finns en stor skyddad altan med utsikt över havet och badplats med brygga. En liten trappa upp finner ni en nyrenoverad övervåning med badrum. 15 minuters gångavstånd längs vattnet in till Ljungskile centrum och tåg/buss station och bara 50 meter till 2 trevliga restauranger. En lugn liten oas med närhet till natur och gott om aktiviteter i området för den som vill.

Nybyggd stuga med bastu, badtunna och egen brygga

Mitt i naturen men bara 20 min från Göteborg hittar ni denna idyll. Här bor ni bekvämt i en nybyggd gäststuga med kamin, vedeldad bastu och badtunna. Runt hela huset går den stora altanen. Nedanför är en mysig stig (50 m) till den privata bryggan för ett morgondopp. Ta en tur med roddbåten och pröva fiskelyckan eller låna våra två SUPar. I direkt närhet finns vildmarken med gott om stigar, bl.a. Vildmarksleden, för vandring, löpning och mountainbike. Flygplats: 8 min Chalmers golfbana: 5 min

Mysig stuga vid sjö med brygga och bastu

Dags att slappna av i den här mysiga lilla stugan vid en härlig sjö i Västsverige. Mellan hav och fjäll, och vid kanten av Kolbengtserödsjön: privat strand, brygga med bastu, kajak... Stugan på 32 kvm är totalrenoverad och bekväm för 2 personen (dubbelsäng), evt med 1 eller 2 (små) barn i sovsoffan, och är fullt utrustad. Stugan ligger bakom värdens hus, men bjuder privacy, natur, cafébord och utemöbler. Lugnt, nära E6 mellan Göteborg och Oslo. MED BRYGGA OCH BASTU VID SJÖKANTEN!

Villa i lugnt område nära hav, natur och golf

Med närhet till både hav och skog med flera sjöar bor du i ett lugnt område 700 meter från centrum. Här finns välsorterade mataffärer, genuina småbutiker och strandpromenad till mysiga restauranger precis vid havet. Bra bussförbindelser till bla Göteborg, Smögen, Lysekil, ca 1 timmes resväg. 7 min bilväg till Lyckorna golfklubb. 15 min med bil finner du ett stort köpcentrum. Vill du njuta av stillheten i skog och natur har du fina vandringsleder med start ca 1 km från boendet.

Sjöstugan

Mitt ställe ligger precis vid stranden mitt i naturen. Nära Alingsås, Hindås, Landvetter flygplats, Göteborg, Borås. Du kommer att älska mitt ställe på grund av det sjönära och naturnära läget. Mitt boende passar par, ensamäventyrare, affärsresenärer och familjer (med barn).Stugan är på ca 30 kvadratmeter och tillhörande bastustuga med dusch, wc och tvätt är på ca 15 kvadratmeter. Fri tillgång till kanot för hyresgäster. Bra möjligheter för fiske, motorbåt finns att hyra!

Exclusive house near the sea

A small modern house with most of what is needed. The kitchen consists of a stove, microwave, oven, large fridge-freezer, dishwasher and coffee machine. The toilet consists of a shower, toilet and washing machine. Separate bedroom with large double bed. A sofa bed is in the kitchen / living room with TV and wifi. There is a conservatory next to the house and at the back of the house you will find the terrace with table and barbecue.
