While staying, you will feel like you are secluded amongst a forrest, yet you'll only be a 5-10 minute drive away from everything in town! The house was built in 2017 with modern finishes. The hottub is always hot and the oversized couches are always comfy. The neighborhood is family/wildlife oriented. Come unwind and relax in the sticks!

The location is out of the city, yet just a couple miles from all of the stores you need. The little cabin is nestled down our shared private and peaceful driveway, with views of cattle grazing in the pasture right off the front porch at the right time of year. Our big screen projector and fire pit are two amenities you'll be sure to enjoy!

One bedroom has a queen bed, the other bedroom has two twin beds. Both bedrooms have a TV as well. The kitchen has everything you need to make dinner at home or grab something from a local restaurant and enjoy it at the dining room table or out back. There is a full-size laundry room with soap provided. Everything you need is here!

Located on a quiet side street in central Kirksville, it is within walking distance of a grocery store, drugstore, playground, and Truman University. All full size kitchen appliances, Later it was used for a rental , so the washer , dryer and shower were added, which explains why they aren’t in the usual placement As this is beside HWY 36 , it’s an easy off and on. Close to town ( 1 1/2 miles to Walmart) .

The Tin Roof Sundae Cabin and The Sundae Cottage are located in North Central Missouri - a natural "sweet spot" for those who love being outdoors. Guests have access to 800 acres which includes a combination of native timber, wetlands, grasslands, and streams. Guests are welcome to explore the entire property. A small pond and fire pit are located a stone's throw from the front porch. The large porches provide plenty of shade and great views.

The lodge is situated on 60 acres of mixed terrain and features hardwood forests, open grasslands, 2 1/2 acre fishing pond and 15 acres of wetlands.
