If you don’t feel comfortable to do so, please look for somewhere else. This is my 2021 Sprkingdale 24' travel trailer. It is cozy and includes everything that you need for a comfortable stay: a king-size bed, a dinette, Netflix TV, bathroom, refrigerator, microwave, stove and Heater/AC. Pet and smoking are not allowed.

Complete office with 2 desks, white board and TV. Work out space w/ free weights, bench & cycle machine. The master bedroom has a king bed w/ 55’ TV the 2nd bed has a queen bed. Welcome to a charming, custom tiny home surrounded by a small urban farm. The tiny home has a comfortable 400+ sf deck that overlooks the rows of grapes, raspberries, seasonal veggies, chicken coop and a small orchard on site. The rented space will be the entire tiny house and surrounding deck/ fenced area but the rest of the property, including the Chicken Cabana, an exterior bathroom with toilet, is an occasionally shared space.
