It is a semi-detached cottage which is set in a tranquil courtyard with two other unique cottages. It is surrounded by 2.5 acres of gardens. The cottage has a unique design reflecting old Ireland with Modern Amenities. Location is 4 miles from the village of Emly which has shops and a restaurant. You are going to stay in our small but cozy guest house in the middle of the country site in the village of Birdhill. Its a self contained guest house with a kitchen/living room, small double bedroom and bathroom. We are conveniently located only 10 min away from M7 motorway (exit 27), and 20 min away from Limerick City. Shannon airport 40 min drive. Killaloe/ Ballina which is located only 10min drive from our house is one of the most picturesque village attractions with plenty of restaurants.

Adjacent to Co Cork, Kerry, Limerick, Clare and Tipperary. Great walking/cycling in the area. Cottage fully self contained. There is a large enclosed garden.
