This small and quiet unit block is a 2 min walk from the local mall and a 7 min walk to the train station. Private gate access from the unit block leads directly onto the esplanade where the beach is a few steps away. Both bedrooms contain queen beds and spare clean linen. A fully-equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, flat-screen TV and heating provided. Stair access only.

It has full cooking facilities , Tea/Coffee, Fridge and Washing Machine are present for you to enjoy. You also have a private courtyard. If you are looking for a room with a view then look no further. Kims Place is in an ideal location, with a NE aspect providing amazing beach, ocean and escarpment views. Ideally suited for couples. It is on the ground floor of our architect designed home. Guests have their own entrance. Kims Place does not provide breakfast but local cafes are within easy walking distance. There is no cooktop or oven in the kitchenette. Guests are encouraged to dine out or use the BBQ on the balcony

The self-contained Studio in the Garden is beautifully appointed entering onto a sunny courtyard. The Cronulla Garden Studio has recently been painted and refreshed throughout. The bedroom studio is spacious with one comfy queen-size bed, cosy electric blanket (in winter), ceiling fan, split system air conditioner and wardrobe. Ensuite with shower, toilet and vanity. We provide a kettle, toaster, microwave and small fridge for your convenience.

Drenched in northern sun, winter here is the best time of year! With 1 king bed (lux memory foam) plus 2nd double bed, you can sleep up to 4 (2 adults +2 children max, or 3 adults).
