Built in 1896, and utilized by the Presbyterian Church until 1950. This house has a lot of history with space for all your needs. Whether you are a large family, hosting a get together for the weekend, or here on business this house has everything you need. Walking distance to downtown provides easy access to exciting bars and restaurants, the Croswell Opera House, Chaloners, local farmers market, and shops. House is centrally located to many lakes in the area and 45 min. drive to Ann Arbor.

This 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath home is located on a private gravel drive, in a peaceful setting. Wildlife can often be spotted in the large yard or wooded area. The location is minutes from historic Adrian where Adrian College and Siena Heights University are home to, Tecumseh, and near main roads, and only 20 miles from Brooklyn, and 30 miles from Ann Arbor. Many stores, restaurants, lakes, and entertainment options are close by. The Kiwanis biking/walking trail connects right here.

Devils Lake Getaway

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful lake cottage! This beautiful lakefront escape has everything you need for the perfect summer trip. The upper level features two bedrooms and shared bathroom. The lower level features a primary bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, dining area, and two living areas (including dedicated workspace). Relax at this beautiful, fully renovated lake side cottage. You'll have a lake view from your front patio. Enjoy a bite to eat at one of the local restaurants. Treck the 4 mile lake circumference. The property lake access is located over a 10ft easment just after the 1 story navy blue cottage and before the 2 story yellow cottage when you head 3 cottages to the left out of the front door. This property does not allow pets and is completely non-smoking. Please see our house rules.

It is also part of the Merillat Airport (34G) community, a grass runway (3608 ft). Perfect for fly-in/fly-out guests, or if you just want to sit on the back balcony or by the fire pit and watch planes take off and land. The house is also 25 miles away from Ann Arbor and University of Michigan and 20 miles from Michigan International Speedway.

Take your next weekend or week-long getaway in this adorable cottage right next to Evan's Lake. Enjoy serene water views from the bedroom and living area and savor some morning coffee or tea on the side patio. Take a pair of kayaks out on the water for a relaxing ride or make a campfire by the lake shore to unwind during slow summer evenings. Sorry, there is no boat launch for this lake. Owner lives right next door and is available for any assistance needed.
