Situated next to the NCT tram line, Middle Street station is 2 minutes walk away, Nottingham is only a 20 minute tram ride. Our cosy Farmhouse Annex provides the perfect country escape for couples, solo travellers, family with a baby or pet parents! The self contained flat is equipped with everything you might need to stay comfortably for a night or longer. Nestled in the countryside, it’s so peaceful the only sound you’ll hear are the birds chirping to wake you up. Yet we’re just 10 mins from the M42 and close to M6, M1, East Mids & Birmingham Airport so we’re a great place to stop over for work or leisure.

Hillside Hut - with hot tub & private garden

Hillside Hut is our charming, newly developed, hut located in a secluded position on our smallholding in rural Derbyshire. With its own driveway and dedicated parking, it is situated in a very private spot enjoying stunning countryside views. Enjoy the most magnificent sunsets as you kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Bring your wellies! There are many countryside walks from the front door and fantastic dog-friendly village pubs within walking distance.

Launde Lodge

Our rustic-luxe eco shepherd’s hut is surrounded by nature and serenaded by birdsong, where in-the-know modish types come to unwind. It may be a hut but step through the French doors and the sheer style will blow you away: a rolltop copper bath…it’s all very special. The ultimate thing to do here is throw open the double doors, pop a bottle of fizz and climb into the bath tub or fire up the hot tub for an alfresco soak and star gaze around the fire fit.

Coplow Glamping Pod & Hot Tub

Lord Monty Foxton is your host at his holiday pod, Coplow, where he resides to escape fox hunters. His countryside retreat is full to the brim of quirky decor and artefacts from his travels around the world. The eclectic pod is a feast for the eyes and a celebration of all things eccentric. At the end of the day Lord Foxton loves nothing more than a relaxing soak in his wood fired hot tub and you’re invited to join him for this luxurious experience.

Enjoy relaxing in a cosy 2 bedroom cottage, located in a quiet Leicestershire village 10 minutes outside Loughborough. The cottage is just walking distance from a selection of amazing restaurants, pubs and cafes. Relax with a dip in the hot tub, or fire up the wood burner to get you warm during cold winter nights. There are 2 bedrooms with a double bed and a king (with the option of splitting it into 2 singles)
