Self contained garden studio available in Clarendon Park, close to Demonfort Hall and on the main bus route to the city centre there's. The space has A/C, a small kitchenette, bathroom, workspace, corner sofa, double bed, Sky TV & Movies (Netflix, Disney etc) and an 85" home cinema. Bifold doors open out onto a spacious south facing garden & there is plenty of parking too. We have a cockerpoo who lives in the main house, she's extremely friendly & does not come into the studio unless invited!

It’s very unique and we think it’s beautiful with its hammocks in the woods, large pond and out door firepit to toast marshmallows on… did we mention the gorgeous wood fired hot tub!❤️ Only one shepherds hut is located in the field so you have total privacy We are dog friendly providing they don’t sleep on beds or chase sheep

There are no streetlights nearby so it is a perfect location for stargazing. Very friendly local village pub is 5 mins walk away. Local for Stamford, Belvoir Castle, and Burghley House.

This unit door to bedroom, king sized bed, wardrobe, dresser, free view TV, Spacious bathroom, large walk-in shower, wash-basin and WC. Sitting/dining area with table, sofa bed & second free view TV, adjoining a kitchenette, ceramic hob, sink, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, cupboards, crockery and utensils. Clock Cottage is a self contained open plan suite located on the ground floor with garden views located within a characterful rural village within a 5 minute drive from Rutland water. The suite is open plan and includes a king sized bed, comfy living area and kitchen, Nespresso coffee machine, freestanding open plan bathtub and separate bathroom and outside dining area. The living area can be used as a family/friends bedroom with the use of a fold out sofa bed. Ideal for a couple.

Hillside Hut is our charming, newly developed, hut located in a secluded position on our smallholding in rural Derbyshire. With its own driveway and dedicated parking, it is situated in a very private spot enjoying stunning countryside views. Enjoy the most magnificent sunsets as you kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Bring your wellies! There are many countryside walks from the front door and fantastic dog-friendly village pubs within walking distance.

Launde Lodge

Our rustic-luxe eco shepherd’s hut is surrounded by nature and serenaded by birdsong, where in-the-know modish types come to unwind. It may be a hut but step through the French doors and the sheer style will blow you away: a rolltop copper bath…it’s all very special. The ultimate thing to do here is throw open the double doors, pop a bottle of fizz and climb into the bath tub or fire up the hot tub for an alfresco soak and star gaze around the fire fit.

The Annex

A Two bedroom self contained annex with lounge, private kitchen diner and bathroom. In the small town of Burton Overy with spectacular views and a local pub that serves great food. Animal friendly and right next to a public footpath ideal for walks with or without canine friends! Positioned at the end of a lane makes this property a lovely quiet retreat for a small family or couple. Electric car charging available on the property.
