Well kept private port-a-john outside cabin & outdoor shower is close by at north end of store (no toilet inside cabin) Bring bikes to ride the “Great River Trail”. Secluded yet only 10 mins from the fun town of Oregon. 100 acres of private property, bordering Lowden-Miller State Forest. Includes use of canoes/kayaks, large riverfront yard, grills, hammocks, deck, porch and firewood. $33/night per person or pet after first 2 people. Doe Meadow is my newest custom designed tiny house nestled along the drive to my family farm. Sharing my little slice of heaven with guests is something I have found great joy in. This home is located on the Mississippi River and has an open floor plan with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. It was once an earth home, which gives the home a cozy, cottage type feeling. The front of the home is floor to ceiling windows (with blinds) so you can enjoy the river view. Please note: our interior and exterior stairs are steep and because of the age and design of our home, we are not ADA accessible. Please be careful and watch your step! Entry is through the garage. Free parking is on site.
