***In 2024, we made extensive improvements! A brand new dock, new loungers and a hammock. A level 2 EV charger. We've updated the kitchen, including a new induction stove & cookware. Also some new mattresses and bedding. It's always been awesome, now it's really exceptional! This elegant, cozy home has everything you need to get away from it all. Nestled in the trees on the quiet end of the lake, you'll love watching the sunset from the screened-in porch or floating in the cool, clean water.

Located within the Village of Historic Flat Rock, Tanglewood is a rare gem of Flat Rock history. Nestled on four wooded acres it is an authentic yet modernized log home. Originally constructed in 1921, it is now beautifully restored with new wiring, modern room configuration, central heat and A/C, WiFi, a working fireplace, generator & all new appliances, lighting, furnishings and bedding. Peaceful and lovely. Within 45 minutes of 67 summer camps, 3.5 miles from downtown Hendersonville.

Darlin’ Say ~ tranquil lakefront cabin

The Darlin' Say is a lakefront cabin with a large deck on the shores of Lake Sheila. Only 10 minutes away from the charming town of Saluda, NC (and 15 minutes off I-26) This is a small, quiet community with swimming or paddling right off the dock. There are no gasoline motors on the lake, so you can enjoy the birds as well as peace and quiet! Inside, you'll find cozy spots for lake views and watching the Frame tv, a full kitchen, gas logs, a tankless water heater, and everything you need.

Come enjoy this magnificent view in Saluda! Relax in the swings or sit on the porch and enjoy the peacefulness. The fire pit under the stars is so Saludacrous! Our cozy cottage is just steps from Judds Peak and 2 miles from downtown, where there is always food and fun! The Gorge Zipline is located in our quaint little town and the Green River has hiking, tubing, kayaking, white water rafting, rock climbing! The towns of Hendersonville, Flat Rock and Asheville are just minutes away.

Enjoy locally roasted coffee on the screened porch, s'mores by the fire pit & dinner under the pergola. Cook in the semi custom kitchen. Sleep on comfy queen beds w/ soft cotton sheets. Enjoy pickle ball (use our set!) at Tuxedo Park. Walk/bike around beautiful Lake Summit. Flat Rock: 3 miles, Hendersonville: 8 miles, Travelers Rest: 22 miles, Asheville: 35 miles. Ride Rock Creek Bike Park: 7 miles. Well-mannered pets are welcomed, they will love the fenced-in yard.
